La Vina, or La Carrera de la Vina,  is a small village between Algerinejo and Loja, Andalusia, Spain. The walk starts at the beginning of the village. The walk takes about half a day walking, excluding rests. Including rests it took us from 12.15pm to 6.00pm at October 12, 2007. The weather was good, dry, sunny and about 26 degrees Celcius in the afternoon.

You can park your car at the beginning of the village, next to the garbage container, at (37.28517, -4.14783), elevation 706m. From there the circular walk takes a path that first goes downstream the river Arroyo de la Vina and then crosses the river and continues back upstream along the Sierra de Ojete. Finally the walk returns eastward to the village. The coordinates are below in GPX format using decimal degrees.
